Karolína Letochová investigates education within its social and value-based contexts. She focuses on how education shapes society and how research influences the perception of educational goals and values. Her interest in this field was sparked by her involvement with the Czech Secondary School Union. She holds a degree in Education Studies from University College London (UCL) and is currently pursuing further studies at the University of Oxford, supported by the Bakala Foundation. She gained research experience at Scio Research, various London schools, and the Okénko Czech and Slovak School, where she also taught. In her spare time, she enjoys running, spending time with friends and her cat, and reading both political and children’s literature.
