Ing. Mgr. Jiří Remr, Ph.D., MBA studied at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic, where he earned his doctorate in evaluation studies. He currently works as the Research Director at the Institute for Evaluations and Social Analyses (INESAN). His expertise extends to psychometric assessment, where he tests and validates scales using confirmatory factor analysis. He also serves as an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University, where he teaches several courses focused on research methodology. He conducts research in areas including social services, responsible behaviour (food waste and fair trade), and environmental measures (waste management). Based on rigorous evaluations, he designs interventions with positive social impact and develops research tools for other researchers and evaluators.
